The Stayton Resource Center will be registering families and children that qualify and live in the Fire Districts of Stayton and Sublimity for the "Toys for Joy" and "Gift of Christmas Dinner" Holiday programs. The "Toys for Joy" Program covers children ages 0-18 that qualify and live in the Stayton and Sublimity Fire District service areas.

Applications for both programs must be completed at the Stayton Resource Center located at 238 North Third Avenue in Stayton.  Application period starts November 1, 2010 and goes thru December 10, 2010 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-3 PM and on Fridays from 9-11 AM. (Dates and times may change due to meetings or the office being closed.)

To fill out your application you will need to bring the following:

1. Oregon Photo ID or Drivers License for all adults

2. Need one of the following for the children; Social Security Card, Medical Card, or Birth Certificate

3. Current Utility Bill for proof of address

4. Proof of income or Proof of no Income for everyone in the household (Examples: Last 2 Paycheck Stubs, DHS FSRN Printout, SSI Awards Letter, Child Support, etc.)

Space is very limited at the center so children older than 6-months will not be allowed to accompany parents during the application and distribution process.  Please have childcare arranged ahead of time.  We are sorry but there will be no exceptions.
