2010 Golf Tournament Playoff

On June 24^th132 golfers and 22 support people participated in Stayton Volunteers Firefighters 22^ndAnnual Burn Center Golf Tournament. The weather was amazing and a good time was had by all, including those of us who left a little to be desired in our scores. But the tournament is not about winning, it’s about making the patients at the burn center winners. All the proceeds from the tournament are donated to the Burn Center for Research and Development; so patients of the burn center will get the latest and greatest treatment available.
 
Stayton Fire District would like to thank all of our great sponsors, and especially our course sponsors who gave so generously to make the tournament a huge success: California Casualty, Elkhorn Golf Course, Slayden Construction, Aumsville Volunteers, and Power Chevrolet. Thank you so much for all that you do for our tournament!
 
We would also like to thank the players for coming and participating, without you there would be no tournament. And last, but certainly not least, our great support people who don’t golf but come and work all day to set up the course, make sure everyone has an outstanding time and lots to eat and drink. We deeply appreciate all of you!
