The Stayton Resource Center will be registering families and children that qualify and live in the Fire Districts of Stayton and Sublimity for the "Toys for Joy" and "Gift of Christmas Dinner" Holiday programs. Applications must be completed at the Stayton Resource Center located at 238 North Third Avenue in Stayton. Application period starts November 2, 2009 and goes thru December 11, 2009 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-3 PM and on Fridays from 9-11 AM. (Dates and times may change due to meetings or the office being closed.)
To fill out your application you will need to bring the following:
1. Oregon Photo ID or Drivers License for all adults
2. Need one of the following for the children; Social Security Card, Medical Card or Birth Certificate
3. Current Utility Bill for proof of address
4. Proof of income or Proof of no Income for everyone in the household (Examples: Last 2 Paycheck Stubs, DHS Printout, SSI Awards Letter, Child Support, etc.)
