Fire/Life Safety Team Starts Home Fire Extinguisher Classes!

For those interested in learning the proper use of home fire extinguishers, Stayton Fire's - Fire Life Safety Team is now taking requests for adult *residents of the district to take classes.  The first 300 to participate in the class will receive a free ABC extinguisher. We expect the classes to fill up fast and space is limited. For those interested, please contact the station at 503-769-2601. The first class is on November 12th!

The District is pleased to offer this training through a generous Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program Fire Prevention & Safety Grant.

* Local Businesses may request training as normal, but due to the nature of the grant program, extinguishers will not be offered.
