Friday’s from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Volunteers should arrive at 8:30)

What to Bring:
- OregonPhoto ID or Drivers License for all adults
- Need one of the following for the children; Social Security Card, Medical Card or Birth Certificate
- Current Utility Bill for proof of address
- Proof of income or Proof of no Income for everyone in the household (Examples: Last 2 Paycheck Stubs, DHS-FSRN Printout, SSI Awards Letter, Child Support, etc.)
SPACE IS LIMITED, CHILDREN OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY PARENTS DURING APPLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION PROCESS. PLEASE HAVE CHILDCARE ARRANGED AHEAD OF TIME. Sorry, no exceptions.
