Russ was first appointed to the Board of Directors in July of 2015.  

Russ owns a full service photography studio providing all types of portrait services off of Washington St. in Stayton and has been in business since 1979.

Russ and his wife, Margie, work on many projects together and are well known for providing scholarships to graduating High School seniors through the Brent Strohmeyer Memorial Foundation. The Strohmeyer's also organize the annual Santa Cruise, a Cruise-In which raises money and toys for kids in need.
