The Stayton Fire District's Fire Life Safety Team has been assembled to provide fire prevention, fire safety, fire extinguishment, education and prevention to our communities. Currently, the District is offering a free Fire Extinguisher class using a state of the art fire simulator designed to educate people on the safe use of an extinguisher, when to fight a fire or when to leave, how to maintain a fire extinguisher and several other related topics. Classes typically run about 45 minutes in length and can have over 20 participants for each class. For scheduled class dates, please check our Calendar/Events page for upcoming classes. (If you do not see a class on the calendar, then none are currently scheduled)
If you are interested in taking a class, please click the ad above and fill out an online interest card. Someone from the Fire Department will contact you shortly to schedule you for a class.
